Suggested routine for using the Pronutrex Ultimate Skin Care Kit



The following is a suggested routine for using the Pronutrex Ultimate Skin Care Kit. Once you are familiar with all the products and their effects on your skin, you can modify our suggestions and develop your own routine. We encourage you to do what works best for your skin type.


EVERYDAY: MORNING
1) Foaming Face Wash: Wash face and pat dry with clean towel.



2) Toner: Apply toner to the entire face with cotton pad/ball.

3) Wrinkle Serum: Apply small amount to the areas you wish to target and allow to absorb for 30-60 seconds.
(This step is optional – the Wrinkle Serum can be applied at night only if you have oily skin.)



4) Under Eye Cream: Apply small amount around the eye area. Not too close to the eye allow to absorb for 10-20 seconds.

5) Advanced Wrinkle Cream or Collagen Elastin Cream: Apply the to entire face and allow to absorb for 10-20 seconds. Apply your regular make-up and/or sunscreen.


EVERYDAY: NIGHT
1) Foaming Face Wash: Wash face and pat dry with clean towel.



2) Toner: Apply toner to the entire face with cotton pad/ball.

3) Wrinkle Serum: Apply small amount to the areas you wish to target and allow to absorb for 30-60 seconds.



4) Under Eye Cream: Apply small amount around the eye area. Not too close to the eye allow to absorb for 10-20 seconds.

5) Advanced Wrinkle Cream or Collagen Elastin Cream: Apply the to entire face



EVERY 3 DAYS

Vitamin C Serum: Apply to entire face or area you wish to target and allow to absorb for 10-20 seconds. This step can be added every 3 days in the morning, right after washing the face with the foaming Face wash. Vitamin C Serum can be also be used everyday if you wish.



ONCE WEEKLY

Exfoliating Face Scrub: Apply a small amount to wet clean face. Massage gently in circular motions for 2-5 minutes. Avoid eye area. Rinse thoroughly. If you have very oily skin you can exfoliate twice a week but we do not recommend more than twice a week.
